Britney Spears has no intention of slowing down on her fitness routine as she poses in a yoga studio in a bikini and thigh-high socks.

The 37-year-old might have been on holiday in Maui, Hawaii but that didn’t mean she gave herself a break from her grisly workouts.

She uploaded a mirror selfie in ridiculously long socks and captioned it: ‘So I found this adorable simple yoga studio in Maui … I tried to start off by doing yoga but I danced the first 20 minutes and let go ….. I finished with stretching, splits and yoga!’

When we’re on vacation we head for the beach to burn for six hours.

‘Most of the year I did a lot of heat yoga, and I over did it. I prefer cardio and dancing now !!! My trip to Maui was amazing, but I lost 7 hours of footage because my phone didn’t have a back up plan,’ Britney continued.

‘I was extremely upset … I had 3 outside videos and 7 pics and hotel footage … but anyhow … I kept moving forward !!! Oh, and at night the studio had baby twinkle lights .. I preferred nights … it was magical.’

The Toxic hitmaker was in Maui a month ago and it must have been life-changing as she has been sharing some envious pictures of it.

After taking some much-needed ‘me-time’ before returning to the spotlight, Britney addressed her extended break to ‘stop and reflect’.

She finally broke her silence on her time off last Friday, hoping her many, many fans haven’t ‘forgotten’ about her as she continues to focus on herself.

As if we could forget about the icon that shaped ‘90’s and ‘00’s pop music!

Britney shared a special message with her fans on her Instagram, where she said she was taking time to ‘focus on what [she] really wants’, as she’s been working ‘nonstop’ since she was a child.

‘I hope y’all haven’t forgotten about me!!!’ she began the message, posted alongside a shot of her on stage doing her thing.

‘I’m taking this transition in my life to focus on what I really want … I’ve been working nonstop, well, since I was 8 years old in the business.

‘Sometimes it’s good to stop and reflect !!!! Miss you all … I really do have the best fans in the world !!! #fbf (sic)’
