Countdown star Carol Vorderman, 60, has taken to Instagram to show off her tiny waist while also calling out her fans for “moaning” at her. The Welsh beauty posted a series of snaps of her chosen outfit of the day which hugged her in all the right places, while light-heartedly berating her followers for apparently nagging her over her broken phone case.

Note… new phone case after hundreds of you moaning at me

Donning a pair of black skinny jeans, the Countdown star wore her long brown tresses in soft curls around her shoulders

The Welsh native emphasised her tiny waist with a black belt which she had tucked a tight, white sweatshirt into and wore in a half-zipped state.

In the first snap, the star looked coyly into the camera as she showed off her new phone case and outfit of the day.

To her 112,000 followers, she wrote: “Note… new phone case after hundreds of you moaning at me.

“The broken one is inside it tho!!!” she promised her fans, alongside numerous laughing face emojis.

Her old phone case was clearly visible underneath her new, baby-pink one, which also featured an easy-grip handle.

In the next shot, Carol implored her followers to tune into her BBC Radio Wales show while giving them a head to toe peak at her outfit.

The mathematician’s thigh-high leather boots were also clearly visible, as were the grey stripes in her top which only served to further emphasise her killer curves.

Commenting on her photos on Twitter, Carol’s stunned fans couldn’t help but be awed over the jaw-dropping snaps.

“Absolutely gorgeous Carol x,” one social media user wrote.

Another penned: “Like a fine wine getting better with age!”

As a third added: “Looking good Carol hope you have a lovely day.”

Last week, Carol told former Countryfile presenter Julia Bradbury how she tends to stuff rubbish down her top and leggings when she’s out walking in the Welsh countryside in order to avoid littering.

Speaking to the BBC star, Carol declared that her habit must make her body look “very lumpy” to any onlookers.

The star got onto the subject while discussing Julia’s work with environmental charity, Keep Britain Tidy.

Julia fumed about littering: “It’s just so horrible! How can you go to a beautiful location, suck in those views, enjoy it, and then leave your bag of chips behind? I don’t get it.”

Carol agreed with her radio guest, before giving her listeners some handy tips and tricks about how to keep tidy while out and about.

She told Julia: “I don’t get it! I will always take a little plastic bag with me, or if I’m on a long walk obviously my rucksack, all my rubbish goes in my rucksack.

“But there have been times when I’ve gone, ‘I just fancy a Welsh cake’ and it comes in a little bag.

“And I start out on my walk and I think, what am I going to do with the bag? So I stuff it down my top or something like that, I would never leave it anywhere.”

Carol Vorderman presentes BBC Radio Wales on Saturday mornings from 11.30am.
