Carol Vorderman has shown off the amazing results of her weight loss in a new bikini photo, following her visit to a juice retreat in Portugal.
The 61 year old looked stunning in the shot posted on Instagram as she celebrated losing a dress size in two weeks with the juice-based health programme.
Carol was seen in the photo beaming as she wore a leopard print bikini top and a pair of low rise light blue denim shorts, revealing her toned stomach and impressive figure.
The presenter captioned to fans: “We're coming home soon…still another day to go. 18 days -3 days (going to restaurants) = 15 days on juice here at @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale.
“I've dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy. Haven't been into these shorts for a few years and now they're loose. Boommmm.
“My other half here @jules__sampson has dropped TWO dress sizes and looks incredible and feels so strong.”
Carol reposted the picture on Instagram Stories, as she added: “Nearly time to come home. Feeling fit and healthy”, placing a flexing arm emoji on the end.
Fans praised the TV host for her spectacular appearance in the bikini photo as they gave their stunned reactions in the comment section.
One follower wrote: “You look absolutely amazing!! Your an inspiration to us all”, while a second commented: ”She literally looks smoking. Good on her”, adding a fire emoji.
A third chimed: “You always manage to look stunning”, as a fan said: “How?…I mean HOW!!?…stunning”, while another simply added: “One word: WOW”.
Carol has kept her followers updated on her health and fitness progress at the retreat, sharing photos of herself working out on her social media page.
The Countdown star has kept impressing her fans over the years with her physical transformation and has grown to love exercising and taking care of her appearance.
Carol previously opened up about how working out made her feel more confident in herself and less insecure compared to her younger years, when she would often criticise her looks.
She told Express in 2016: “As I’ve aged I’ve become more health conscious.
“I don’t look as good but I’m probably more confident. I’ve realised that all my self-criticism was pretty meaningless.
“As you get older you realise you don’t have to be the most beautiful girl with the longest legs.”
