Dame Deborah James has been left overwhelmed by "miracle" letters that have been arriving from well wishers despite having no address on them.
Deborah, otherwise known as Bowel Babe, has been battling stage four bowel cancer after initially being diagnosed with stage three in December 2016.
She gave the heart-breaking update last week that she is now receiving end-of-life hospice care at home and the courageous mum-of-two has since received a Damehood, announced a new book and raised over £7million for charity.
The inspirational 40-year-old has raised much need awareness for the disease and support for the BBC podcaster has flooded in.
Even Prince William visited her in her home, to personally deliver Deborah's namehood.
Now, she has revealed that "miracle" letters are still managing to find her, despite them having no address on them.
Posting to her Instagram, she said: "I think my parents have the best Royal Mail service ever. The attempted addressed letters are giving us life. How earth they are getting here is a little miracle."
The letters all had little messages on the front, with notes such as: "Dame Deborah somewhere in Woking. Please try and deliver."
Another letter shown on Deborah's post read: "Dame Deborah living at parents house."
The star also revealed on Instagram: "With gift aid, the fund will now be able to give out over £7.5 million so far to fund cutting edge personalised projects across Cancer Research UK, Royal Marsden Hospital and Bowel Cancer UK to ensure more people live longer with cancer."
She penned: "Thank you so much for your generosity to the bowel babe fund."
Deborah has also shared with her followers that she'll continue to share her perspective on dealing with life's struggles in her upcoming book, Live When You Could Be Dead.
Tragically, the Dame shared that she won't be around to see its release, which is set for August 18.
She penned: "I wrote another book!! So, I’ve got a few things to share with you before I die that I’m gutted I won’t see in real life!
"But I’ve now been granted permission to share them and I’m really excited!
“For the last 2 years I’ve been working on my second book How to Live when you could be Dead – oh the irony of the title! I wanted to share all my (hard-won!!) learning on how to have a positive mindset when we are faced with life’s biggest challenges.
“Whilst it is in its final edits, as anyone in publishing will know, suddenly changing book publication dates (regardless of health!) isn’t an easy feat. It was originally due out Jan 2023!!!."
She said that the publishing date will be "long after I'm flying high" but she was excited as she explained proceeds from the book will go to her charity fund BowelBabe.
Today she revealed that preorders had pushed her book to number one on the Amazon bestseller list, something she said was always "her pipe dream".
