Electronic music icon Gary Numan is set to play at Substance, a new two-night music festival at the Los Angeles Theatre.
The November 1-2 event will also feature experimental synth-pop artist John Maus, Boy Harsher, Black Marble and more.
Numan will headline the first night of Substance on Friday, November 1, with a set celebrating his 40-year career.
“In September 1979 I began my first ever tour around the UK. I’ll be celebrating the 40 years of life, career and touring that have unfolded since then this Sep/Oct with the (R)evolution Tour,” said Numan in a statement.
Pre-sale tickets are on sale. Two-day passes start at $75; single-day tickets are $39.50. General admission tickets go on sale at 10 am on Friday.
A Place To Bury Strangers, Lust For Youth, ADULT., HTRK, Crack Cloud, Xeno And Oaklander, Psyche, Ritual Howls, Odonis Odonis, Miserable, Kontravoid, Kanga, Second Still, Void Vision and Klackround round out the lineup for the event.
