Halsey Rocks Out At My Chemical Romance Reunion Show

Dec 27, 2019

Halsey took to Instagram to share a clip from the My Chemical Romance reunion show that took place last Friday at a packed Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium.

Halsey, who was part of the audience at the band’s first show in seven years, captioned the post “The best night of my entire life.”

The band had called it quits in 2013 following 12 years and four albums-worth of unforgettable music.

The video shared by the pop star shows her belting out the words of the band’s “Famous Last Words,” a song from the album The Black Parade.

“I am not afraid to keep on living / I am not afraid to walk this world, alone / Honey, if you stay, I’ll be forgiven / Nothing you can say can stop me going home,” sang Halsey and thousands of fans from the audience, alongside the band’s frontman Gerard Way.

Halsey reportedly caught up with the band members that night and took a photo with Gerard and his brother Mikey Way.

Halsey, who also hails from New Jersey like My Chemical Romance, tweeted in February that she’d “shed a remarkable amount of tears in my life over My Chemical Romance.”
