Jim Carrey doesn’t shy away from finding creative ways to get political.
Known for criticizing the president in polarizing artwork on Twitter, the “Dumb and Dumber” actor shared his latest political rendering of the president in a tweet Monday.
For this piece, Carrey drew insult inspiration from E.B. White’s “Charlotte’s Web,” a classic children’s novel about a spider who saves a pig from slaughter by writing messages in her web.
Carrey’s image depicts Trump as a pig – big ears, flat nose and all – while a spider spells “Disgusting Pig” in a web behind him. In the picture, Trump also wears a ribbon labeled “Blue Ribbon (Expletive).”
“Charlotte breaks down the Mueller Report,” he wrote along with the drawing. “It’s time to stop following this pig through the mud.”

This is not the first time Carrey has used art to slam Trump on Twitter. In June, he posted drawings of Trump as a defecating baby, of the president slashing roses with a machete and of him as dog feces.
Carrey commented on his controversial political art at Vulture Festival in Los Angeles in 2018. Despite pressure, Carrey is sticking with his drawings.
“There was a lot of pressure on me from my management going like, ‘Don’t mess this upYou have good will in the world, people love you. If you start talking about politics or whatever issues you’re going to lose half your audience,’ ” he said. “And I say, ‘Lose them!’ You just have to go your own way and say your peace and truth, and that’s what I’m doing.”
