Lizzo has been confirmed as headliner for Bustle’s second annual Rule Breakers festival.

Bustle’s Rule Breakers festival is scheduled to take place on September 21 at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside, Prospect Park in Brooklyn.

The one-day musical event will also feature performances by Canadian singer Jessie Reyez, rock singer-songwriter Jesse Jo Stark and pop singer Abir.

Bustle’s Rule Breakers festival celebrates “women and non-binary individuals who in 2019 are taking risks, defying expectations, and upending the status quo across their industries.”

“Continuing Bustle’s mission of celebrating trailblazers who have shaped today’s culture, we’re thrilled to have Lizzo headlining our event,” Sascha Lewis, vice president, Experiential, Bustle Digital Group said in a press release.

Lewis added, “Lizzo’s approach to self expression and music is something her fans — including us here at Bustle — admire and celebrate her for.”
