Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury rang in the New Year in an adorable moment, while on holiday in New York.

The Love Island couple have jetted off to the city for a surprise New Year's trip, with Molly revealing the sweet surprise on Instagram.

And the couple opted for a low-key celebration to bring in 2022, opting to remain in pyjamas.

Taking to her social media, Molly, 22, shared a sweet video of herself and Tommy clapping and hugging as the clock struck midnight.

The stars hugged in cosy clothing to the tune of John Legend's U Move, I Move as they celebrated the special moment.

In a separate snap, Molly and Tommy could be seen sharing a kiss as they enjoyed their stay in New York.

Molly captioned the sweet snap: "Blessed. Happy new year my amazing people."

Fans and friends were quick to praise the photo with Maura Higgins writing: "The perfect couple. love you guys & a very happy new year X"

Another wrote: "Perfect in every way! Happy new year," while a third said: "Everyone zooming in on mollys hands," suggesting Tommy would propose during the trip.

Since Molly's announcement of the surprise trip, many fans have said the getaway could hint at an engagement for the couple, who met on Love Island in 2019.

One fan wrote: “I smell a proposal”, while another added: “defo getting engaged!!”

A third just simply posted several engagement ring emojis.

Earlier this year, Molly-Mae talked about how she'd like to eventually get engaged and said she was "blessed" to have Tommy in her life.

Back in October, Molly revealed that she is looking forward to getting engaged and seeing her boxer beau get down on one knee.

Speaking on the Behind Closed Doors podcast, she said: “I’d like a ring soon, please… at some point.”

Reflecting back on how their relationship has changed since Love Island, Molly-Mae explained: “I am still the perfect girlfriend, [but] me and Tommy that's like a whole other thing. We hardly knew each other back then.

“We were just getting started and now we've been together two and a bit years and it’s been the best two and a bit years of my life with everything – with my work, with my relationship.”

The reality star-turned brand aficionado gushed she feels "so lucky" at the direction of her young life.

Molly-Mae went on to say that while they are happier than ever, they have to be careful not to get swept up in the public perception of their relationship.
