Reflecting on the “highest and lowest points” of his life in 2020, Morgan Wallen said he is “too blessed to complain” about the challenges of the past year.

“I wanted to make a more serious post for 2020. I don’t really take pics of just me but this was a part of a photo shoot that I scrapped so I’ll just use this one,” Wallen said in a lengthy post on Instagram, accompanied by a picture of him apparently sitting on the steps of a caravan.

“My son was born and it was/is the most incredible, scary, beautiful thing of my life,” the “More Than My Hometown” singer said, referring to the birth of Indigo Wilder in July.

Wallen added that he learned that real friends are something to be treasured, saying, “I hold my real ones and my family at a higher value than I ever have before.”

He said his musical career grew in a way that he never could have imagined, thanking his fans, band, crew and friends.

“All in all, I’m far too blessed to complain, wouldn’t do no good anyway. I’m trying to learn every day, and my soul feels content. I don’t know what else I could ask for. Except a farm, and I’m working on that,” said the country music singer-songwriter.
