Ryan Thomas makes unexpected appearance at Jennifer Lopez’s star-studded 50th birthday party

Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 50th birthday in style at a star-studded party in Miami, but there was one very unexpected face in the crowd.

Amongst the A-List names at the party was Celebrity Big Brother winner and former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas.

Dressed to the nines in a white blazer and shirt, black trousers and a gold leopard print tie, he stood just inches away from the On The Floor singer.

Ryan chatted away to birthday girl J-Lo and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez at the bash, as he mingled with guests including DJ Khaled and Ashanti.

The party was thrown at Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s house by Pretty Little Thing owner Umar Kamani.

Lucy Mecklenburgh’s fiancé Ryan is close friends with billionaire Umar, explaining how Ryan managed to bag himself a spot on the guest list.

Ryan was seen cheering along to Jennifer’s hits as she performed an impromptu set at the soiree.

Jennifer was presented with a six-tiered cake at the gold themed party, with her husband-to-be gifting her a $140,000 Porsche.

Lucy made it clear that she missed her own husband-to-be while he enjoyed the bash, writing “Come home now I miss u,” on Instagram.

The pair recently opened up on their engagement in an exclusive shoot and interview with OK! magazine.

Ryan said: “She kept me waiting for ages before she said yes! I kept having to repeat the question as she wasn’t answering me. She was just sat there with her hands over her mouth squealing: ‘Oh my God. You’re kidding me? Oh my God’.”

Lucy added: “I was in total shock! I said yes and then we both started crying.”
