Simple Creatures have teased a new song, “Thanks, I Hate It,” that is set to drop this Friday, August 30.

Alex Gaskarth and Mark Hoppus took to social media to post the teasers, revealing the new song would be dropping this Friday.

“Coming Friday https://simplecreatures.lnk.to/TIHIPreSave,” Gaskarth tweeted along with a link to pre-save the song.

Simple Creatures was formed by Hoppus of Blink-182 and Gaskarth of All Time Low.

Based in Los Angeles, the duo released their first EP, Strange Love, on March 29, 2019. Their forthcoming second EP, Everything Opposite, is due out in October.

The duo also headlined the Avalanche Stage at the Download Festival this summer.

“It was the best show we’ve played both crowd-wise and in respect of things starting to click and feel natural onstage. It was great to play Special live for the first time at Download, too,” Gaskarth recently revealed to Kerrang about playing at Download.
