Stacey Solomon opens up about bad anxiety in Instagram stories

In an sincere and perceptive message, Stacey Solomon has revealed her struggles with feelings of anxiety to her fans. The bubbly Loose Women host began her day at 4:30am yesterday (May 26), with a gym session after “feeling so anxious” when she woke up.

The 33-year-old mother of five, who boasts 5.6 million followers on Instagram, posted a video of what she got up to that day, updating fans on how she prepared for the day.

The soothing montage was accompanied by a calming piano instrumental.

Stacey’s caption at the bottom of the clip reads: “I woke up so early (4.30am) feeling SO anxious.”

“I came on yesterday & it’s my first period in over a year so it’s thrown me right out!

“Everyone was sleeping so I decided to try & do things to set me up for work today. Forced myself to gym, made myself lunch, washed my hair & got ready to go…”

OK! reports that Stacey’s morning was shown in the video, with the TV star completing a cardio and weights workout in the garden, before hopping in the shower and giving it a clean.

The former I’m A Celeb winner then did her skin routine for a hectic day, and made a healthy packed lunch at ‘Pickle Cottage’.

Next she videoed her hair and make-up team finishing her look for the day.

She wore a short floral yellow dress with a large cream shoulder bag completing the look.

Stacey, known for her positive attitude, then said: “To anyone having a low day, you’re amazing & everything is temporary, you’ve got this.”

With her classic self-deprecation, Stacey added: “Me when I first woke up to after hair & make up is cracking me up!”

The former Queen of the Jungle then filmed a clip of her car journey as she took a trip to the ‘warehouse’ on the set of the new series of the BBC’s Sort Your Life Out, which she is currently filming for,

The final instalment was an image of Stacey in the warehouse, donning a broad smile.

She captioned the photo: “Spending the day helping the most deserving family get their house back is just the most amazing feeling ever.

“So grateful I get to do this. Happy Wednesday everyone.”

The new series of Sort Your Life Out is expected to air later this year, or possibly early 2024, on BBC1.
