For this Bravo host, it’s difficult not to be on cloud nine as a new parent. Andy Cohen revealed he would love more kids after welcoming his son, Benjamin Allen, via surrogacy in February. The talk-show host is planning a future with more little ones in mind and is over-the-moon in his first few months as a father. For Cohen, the experience has been life-changing.

Five months after welcoming his son via surrogacy on February 4, The Watch What Happens Live host told HollywoodLife about the emotional journey he’s had with his infant son. “It’s really fun, it’s challenging and it’s tiring, but it’s heartwarming,” Cohen shared. The Bravo host has also made some major adjustments to his life, including trading in his convertible for a more baby-friendly SUV.

“I mean, fatherhood, it’s changed my life in every way,” Cohen continued. Fortunately, Cohen shared that his balance of work and parenthood hasn’t been disrupted too much. “The funny thing is, I leave for the show between 9:00 and 9:30 every night, so that’s great. He goes to bed at 8:30,” Cohen explained. “But, the other thing is I’m a single parent so I want to spend as much time as I can with him. The cool thing is, I’m really in and out all day with my job. So, I’ll go to the radio sometimes in the morning for two hours, come home, get to put him down for his nap. He goes to bed, I’ll leave. He wakes up, I’m with him for two more hours and then we put him down, go to work. So, it’s like I’m kind of here and there throughout the day, which is nice consistency,”

The talk show host suggested that everyday with Benjamin is a milestone. But he also didn’t mince on whether or not he would want more kids. (Spoiler alert: He would “love” to.) “I mean, they’re small milestones… Whether it’s feeding him a little real food or testing out sweet potatoes, peas, and pea puree,” Cohen said. “He‘s really looking at things differently. He‘s looking at pictures in books, paying attention, grabbing a lot more, grabbing my nose a lot.” We look forward to seeing more of Cohen and little Benjamin in the future.
