“Bachelor” alum Demi Burnett revealed that Ruby Rose slid into her Instagram DM’s after she came out as bisexual on “Bachelor in Paradise” in 2019.

“She DM’ed me one time and I almost died,” Burnett recently said of Rose on the “We’re Having Gay Sex” podcast. “It was really funny, because she said, ‘Hey,’ and I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh, she’s sliding in.’ I was like, ‘This is it.’”

Burnett, 25, who joked Rose was, “catalyst of every girl that goes gay” explained that she was “freaking out” before replying to the 34-year-old actress.

“I was like, ‘Hi, what’s up’ or something and she said, ‘Sup,’” Burnett said. “I was actually doing something cool, but it wasn’t that cool, but I made it sound like it.”

Burnett would soon find out that Rose only had friendly intentions.

“She’s like, ‘I was just messaging you because Demi Lovato told me too,’” Burnett said, adding she’s also “good friends” with pop star Lovato.

“Demi was probably like, ‘You should DM her, she’s going to love it,’” Burnett said. “I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh. I thought she was hitting on me.’”

Burnett joined Bachelor Nation in early 2019 when she vied for Colton Underwood’s affections on “The Bachelor.” Later that year, she came out on Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” which ended with an engagement to girlfriend Kristian Haggerty.

The couple called it quits in October 2019.

Although things didn’t work out with Rose, Burnett did find love again with boyfriend Slater Davis. The pair split up in June after five months of dating, according to US Weekly.
