Kate Middleton is an integral part of the royal family, and keeps herself busy with plenty of public engagements.
Of course, the Duchess of Cambridge has many loyal fans who can sometimes be concerned over her wellbeing when things don't seem perfect.
Here are five times she had them worried, but there's been a simple explanation:
Wearing heels when pregnant
While pregnant with each of her three children – George, Charlotte and Louis – Kate hasn't forgone her trusty heels. Some people criticised her decision as while pregnant, the centre of gravity can change and walking in stilettos can make this harder to manage, as well as putting extra pressure on the joints.
Of course the baby's health was always a priority and Kate was able to ensure minimal walking and plenty of sitting down while out and about. We hope she got her slippers out as soon as she got home too!

Shrugging off William’s hand in the Mary Berry Christmas special
During their appearance on A Berry Royal Christmas with Mary Berry in 2019, Prince William touched wife Kate's shoulder. While maintaining a smile, Kate appeared to shrug off his touch.
This was unlikely to do with the happiness of their marriage, but the fact that Kate and William aren't too prone to expressing their love through public displays of affection. The royals must act professionally, and so they may see holding hands or touching each other as inappropriate at work.
However, we do occasionally see glimpses into their romantic sides. The portrait the couple released to celebrate 10 years of marriage showed the pair laughing while holding hands and hugging, looking extremely besotted with each other. While Kate recently adoringly touched William's arm at the James Bond No Time To Die premiere.
When Kate had severe morning sickness
During her pregnancies, Kate suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum which causes severe vomiting.
During an interview with Giovanna Fletcher on the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, Kate honestly revealed she's "not the happiest of pregnant people".
She overcome it by turning to hypnobirthing techniques of mindfulness and meditation.
"I'm not going to say that William was standing there sort of, chanting sweet nothings at me," said Kate.
"He definitely wasn't. I didn't even ask him about it, but it was just something I wanted to do for myself.
"I saw the power of it really, the meditation and the deep breathing and things like that, that they teach you in hypnobirthing, when I was really sick, and actually I realised that this was something I could take control of, I suppose, during labour. It was hugely powerful."
Cancelling Tusk Conservation Awards appearance
Kate pulled out of the 2019 Tusk Conservation Awards at the last minute. A Kensington Palace spokesperson said, "The duchess is no longer able to attend the Tusk awards due to the children. She will still however meet finalists at a tea at Kensington Palace this afternoon. The duke as patron will attend both.”

William represented the family and attended solo, showing that there wasn't any need for major concern.
Kate's use of plasters
Kate has been pictured wearing plasters on her hands on numerous occasions including on Christmas day in 2016 and during a visit to Nelson Trust Women's Centre the same year.
The Mirror previously reached out to the Palace to enquire about her usage and were told, "We have no comment on the plaster."
It seems we have to work this one out for ourselves! Kate is likely to just get occasional minor injuries like the rest of us. However, she doesn't leave scratches and scabs for the world to see and instead uses her seemingly endless stock of plasters to make things look a bit more aesthetically pleasing. Glad we cleared that one up!
