Influencer shares how her body changes after food in pics taken hours apart

Dec 2, 2021

We all get a little bloated after dinner.

From undoing the button on our jeans and longing to get into some comfy joggers – we have all been there.

But a quick glance at social media can make many feel that they are alone in their bloat after seeing endless snaps of teeny toned influencers.

However, body positive babe Karina Irby has reminded her 1.2 million Instagram followers that we all suffer from a bigger belly post-dinner.

In her most recent post, the Australian bombshell has shared a side-by-side snap of her which shows how different her figure looks after dinner.

Rocking a blue dress and exposing her under boob in both snaps, Karina first shares what she looked like before dinner.

The influencer dons the cut-out skin tight dress as she poses with her tongue out and throws a peace sign with her fingers.

Despite Karina looking slender on the left hand snap, the stunning blonde revealed her “bloated” belly after consuming “pasta and bread.”

In the snap on the right, Karina’s tum hung out of her dress as she embraced her curvy hips.

But, the influencer is not ashamed of her bloaty belly and has urged her followers to do the same.

Karina captioned the empowering post: “BEFORE & AFTER DINNER EDITION.”

“Introducing my 2hr body transformation after a belly full of pasta and bread.”

“Anyone else feel super cute going out to dinner, but then a thick heavy mess after?”

Karina admitted: “I dooooooo.”

“It doesn’t bum me out so much anymore. It’s just a reminder how lucky I am to be able to fill my body up with yummy food and spend time with my loves.”

She urged: “Embrace the bloat."

Inspired by her candid snap, many people flocked to the comments to praise Karina for being “relatable.”

One person commented: “Yes!! Thank you for showing both sides of real life.”

Another user praised: “This is so relatable.”

Whilst a third person remarked: “I love this so much!!! Thank you for normalising being human and getting bloated.”

Someone else expressed: “Ugh you’re such an inspiration.”

Meanwhile, a fifth user voiced: “You are such a beautiful person inside and out. You keep doing you!!”
