PARENTS looking for a bargain should head to Matalan to check out the £5 and under baby sale.

There's over 130 items on offer, with everything from baby grows and t-shirts to muslins and rattles.

Prices start from £1.50 for a unisex striped sun hat, and absolutely everything in the sale is less than a fiver.

Some items are discounted from higher prices, while others just listing at bargain prices.

While Matalan does have other baby items available, the baby event offer site brings together all the most affordable items.

The sale is being constantly updated with new great deals and there are some products that are on their last chance to buy before being replaced in the offer.

Delivery is free for orders over £40, but if you spend less than that you'll have to pay £3.95 as standard.

If you want to save some cash, you can get free click and collect within five days or pay £1.99 for next day click and collect.

Before you commit to a purchase, make sure you shop around as you might find an even cheaper price elsewhere.

Using tools like Google shopping is a good way to check prices and make sure you’re not getting ripped off.
