For decades, David Beckham has been thrilling his legion of fans with his handsome good looks and athletic physique and still today, he has the power to make admirers weak at the knees.

Giving his Instagram followers a treat, the 45-year-old took to his official account to showcase his incredible form.

The former Manchester United football hero, showed off his incredible flexibility by preforming a stretch that seemed to leave his followers day dreaming.

It didn't help that his biceps and quadriceps where completely glistening with sweat after he'd indulged in a steamy workout prior to taking to his yoga mat to cool down.

Wearing a sleeveless grey vest that showcased his rippling muscles and an entire arm of specialised art work, he captivated attention.

Flashing a lot of leg along with further tattoos, he slipped into a black pair of Adidas running shorts that were teamed with some white ankle high socks.

Bringing the eye to his pert derrière, he stretched back grabbing his alternate foot as he flexed into position.

Despite making the move appear easy, David confessed that it was definitely no mean feat.

Explaining the manoeuvre to his 64.4million fans, the former England football ace wrote: "Took me a while to get into this stretch but it's a good one after an early workout before the school run."

He finished with: "Great way to start the day."

The red-hot display was instantly met with an abundance of gushing comments, also receiving well over 1million likes in very little time at all.

One fan quipped: "I feel so motivated now I'm gonna get out of bed. Thanks Becks."

Another gushed: "Becks aged 40-something and he's still *that* guy," followed by a flame emoji.

A third tagged a lot of friends before writing: "Like a fine wine….something to brighten up your Friday morning ladies.

"I know no one says hubba hubba anymore "but I'm old), so happy Friday."

It was however David's own son Romeo, who's comment seemed to drum up the most traction.

Having a little tongue-in cheek joke with his dad, Romeo, 18, penned: "Big man."

To which the dad-of-four had no choice but to silence his model turned tennis star son and chirped back: "sssssshhhhh RoRo."
