Former Love Island contestant Ollie Williams looked utterly unrecognisable in a couple of snaps that are sure to leave fans in shock.
The 23-year old, who rose to fame during a very brief villa stint in the sixth series of ITV's hit dating show, took to his Instagram account to update his 48,000 followers with news of a hospital check-up.
The reality star fell from a balcony last month and soon found himself in intensive care after breaking a pelvis and a wrist, as well as suffering from internal bleeding.

Thankfully he pulled through and has since been back to check everything is okay with the titanium screws placed in his pelvis during the operation.
First Ollie shared an X-ray snap of his nether regions with his manhood blurred, which he captioned: "Check up. Very positive!"
Then, in a second pic in which he appeared unshaven and with messy hair – a far cry from his appearance during his four days in Majorca – he added: "Grow up that's not a nude" – in reference to the X-ray.
Revealing news of his accident on Christmas Eve, Ollie said at the time: "I wasn’t really prepared to post this until I was out of the woods proper, which I now think I am (hopefully!).

"I fell off a balcony last weekend and ended up in intensive care with a broken pelvis, wrist and internal bleeding.
"With the incredible support of @lauranofer, my family and friends and some great surgeons; I’m on the mend. Tough rehab ahead but I am confident along with my doctors I will make a full recovery."
He continued: "I really couldn’t have dealt with this mentally without all of your messages of support, so thank you. Be back soon, big love and Merry Christmas all."
Ollie was one of the original islanders in the show's first ever winter series and was coupled with Paige Turley.
Just four days into his journey, the public discovered photos of him on big game hunts and were fuming, even putting pressure on ITV to remove him.
He eventually did drop out of the show, but said it was because he was in love with someone else in the real world.
