BBC bosses are planning to launch a celebrity version of The Traitors after the huge success of its first series.
And it’s fair to say the show has a amassed a slew of famous fans who are already lining up to take part in the star-studded edition of the murder mystery show.
A telly insider told The Mirror: “Everyone’s been thrilled with how much love there’s been for The Traitors and a celebrity version is a natural next step.

“Viewers will get to see different sides of some big names as they try to manipulate others or uncover the truth about fellow players.”
Viewers aren’t the only ones excited for the new star-studded series, after show host Claudia Winkleman has confirmed she has already picked a panel for the all-star show which is likely to be a fundraiser for Children in Need or Comic Relief.
She said: “Victoria Coren, Kirsty Young, Adam Woodyatt, Stephen Fry, Alison Hammond… let’s do that.”
Other hopefuls include presenter Rylan Clark, Loose Women’s Judi Love, DJ Greg James and Corrie’s Sally Ann Matthews.
Further fans of the show include Richie Anderson, while Kathy Burke recently back Wilf Webster after his betrayal of fellow traitor Amanda Lovett.
In the BBC One show – which is set in a stunning Scottish castle – people are split into two group and faithfuls have to try and deduct who are the traitors.
Players continue to work together to build up a prize pot by completing challenges, while contenders leave by being banished by the group vote or being “murdered” by traitors.
The cash is then split among the remaining faithfuls unless they fair to spot the last traitors who then win.

On Thursday, the first series was won by faithfuls Aaron Evans, Hannah Byczkowski and Meryl Williams who shares £100,000.
During the series, the BBC One programme garnered a peak of 3.7 million viewers with a further 17 million views on BBC iPlayer.
