Dancing On Ice winner ‘revealed’ days before show starts | The Sun

Jan 7, 2023

THE stars of Dancing On Ice haven't even stepped their skates onto the rink – yet the show winner has been "revealed."

The ITV series' 2023 line-up has been revealed in full and includes reality TV stars Joey Essex and Ekin Su as well as actresses Patsy Palmer and Carley Stenson.

Dancing On Ice's official start date was recently announced – with the famous faces enjoying their first skate on January 15.

Online bookmakers BetVictor have already priced up the odds on who’s backed to win following a series of intense training sessions.

They claim gymnast Nile Wilson, 26, will take the title following Regan Gascoigne's triumph last year.

He is currently leading the pack in terms of odds, coming in at 3/1.

Sam Boswell, BetVictor spokesperson, told us: "Nile Wilson is our current favourite to win Dancing on Ice, at 3/1.

"I think with Nile’s competitive background and athleticism, he’s got what it takes to go all the way.”

He added: "Ekin-Su is the second favourite to win at 7/2. She is best known for winning reality TV show Love Island in 2022 alongside her beau Davide.

"She won the nation’s hearts last summer, can she do it again on the ice?"

"I've certainly not done much ice-skating but I am so excited for the opportunity.

"I’m so excited to get into that routine and to feel like an athlete again.”

On what he hopes to bring to the ice, Nile said: “My biggest goal on the show is to do something that no-one has ever done before."
