DEATH in Paradise's fan-favourite has confirmed his return to the show with an exciting video update on series 13.
The popular BBC series is set to return for its third Christmas special, which will be followed by its 13th season.
Death in Paradise's 13th season cast has not yet been finalised, however Catherine Bordey actress Elizabeth Bourgine has revealed she will continue to appear in the BBC drama.
The actress took to Instagram to announce that she would be returning for the upcoming series with a short video of the script.
She captioned the post: "First shooting day for Catherine Bordey #tomorrow! First day of tournage for me tomorrow!"
Fans were ecstatic to hear of her return and flocked to the comments section to congratulate Elizabeth.

This comes after it was recently revealed that, Patsy Kensit will be appearing in the Death In Paradise Christmas special.
An onlooker said: “Patsy will play a posh totty in the drama and was in her element as she filmed in the Caribbean.
