Tonight’s episode of Emmerdale saw a scene that potentially foreshadowed the Woolpack fire – but did you spot it?
A few weeks ago, Metro.co.uk saw images of a burnt looking and boarded up Woolpack, suggesting a fire may be on the horizon.
The context of the story is currently unknown – will it be deliberate, an accident, and how much involvement will Al (Michael Wildman) have?
Tonight, the focus was on Chas (Lucy Pargeter) – who was stressed about the pub relaunch happening tomorrow.
Chas told Marlon (Mark Charnock) that her and Al had been working extremely hard to get the Woolie ready for the reopening, and if things aren’t perfect, they ‘may as well set fire to the place’.
Well, that’s quite the clue, isn’t it?
As Chas grows closer to Al (yep, we know), she remains unaware of his real plan for the village pub.
Al is secretly plotting to have the Woolpack converted into modern flats, but after tonight’s huge hint, will the pub go up in flames before Al can put the finishing touches to his new business venture?
Cain (Jeff Hordley) wasn’t happy at the end of tonight’s episode, could he have something to do with this apparent fire?
