Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) could be on the receiving end of some devastating news in Emmerdale, as Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) declares that their relationship is over.

There has been animosity aplenty between the two since it was revealed last month that Chas had been flirting with Al Chapman (Michael Wildman).

A devastated Paddy later overheard Chas speaking about the possibility of having a relationship with Al, and thus he decided to take action.

Unwilling to speak about Chas’ comments, he instructed her that it would be for the best if she took up Debbie (Charley Webb) on her offer to visit her in Scotland.

Therefore, Chas set off on her own, but she later returned home to support Charity (Emma Atkins), and the tension has been apparent between she and Paddy ever since.

In the coming episodes, Paddy declares his relationship over to a less than pleased Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards).

However, he’s later given food for thought after a conversation with Al, and he’s conflicted when he overhears Chas admitting to baby Eve just how much she loves Paddy.

Will Paddy destroy Chas by revealing that their relationship is over?

Or will he ultimately reconsider?
