Katie Price gives away ANOTHER of her kids’ pets as she hands off cat Hagrid – just 3 months after ditching dog Precious

Dec 7, 2021

KATIE Price has given away ANOTHER of her children's pets, handing off cat Hagrid just months after ditching little dog Precious.

The mother-of-five gave away daughter Princess' dream French Bulldog to a member of crew working on her Mucky Mansion TV show in September.

Katie, 43, handed over the pup which she gifted to Princess, 14, after previous pup Rolo tragically passed away just weeks after bringing him home.

The former glamour model sent the adorable canine to a producer living miles away as she and fiancee Carl Woods renovated her Sussex home.

The couple have since been travelling around the UK and living hotels while the mucky mansion has been undergoing building work.

Katie and beau Carl, 32 have been "living out of suitcases" alongside their three pooches, who have been causing chaos in hotel rooms.

It's meant that the media personality has now opted to give away ANOTHER of her pets – handing over hairless cat Hagrid to a friend.

Katie reposted a sweet snap of the feline dressed in a Christmas outfit at her friend Amy Stannard's house, where he now lives.

A source exclusively confirmed to The Sun that Katie gave Hagrid to the friend from her local stables, where she keeps her £10,000 horse.

"Katie can't look after Hagrid right now – she has her hands full with five kids and three dogs," they explained of the cat's house move.

"Hagrid's gone to live with Amy who works at the stables Katie keeps her horses at," the insider added.

The Sun Online have contacted Katie's representative for comment.

Back in 2018, Katie pose with hairless cat Hagrid after The Sun revealed the model was selling off her menagerie of animals to sort out her finances.

Her ex-husband Peter Andre was said to have forbidden her from getting rid of the two sphynx cats, Dobby and Hagrid.

A source said the Mysterious Girl singer "put his foot down" because the pets belong to their two children Princess and Junior, 16.

While Dobby was given away two years ago after he clashed with Katie's protection dog Blade, Hagrid continued to live with the family.

Katie's ex Kieran Hayler lashed out at the "naughty" feline in his first interview after their split, revealing he would "pee everywhere".

He detailed how a blaze in Katie's mansion was believed to have been caused by the former model burning candles to cover up the stench.

"Now Hagrid's the only one left because Dobby got rehomed, because they were p***ing everywhere," he revealed.

"And whether or not it was p***ing there because it was trying to prove that he was more of a man than me, I don't know. But that cat p***ed everywhere, so God knows.”

In early September, Katie moved back into her mucky mansion as filming for a planned Channel 4 show began.

She had signed a bumper deal with Channel 4 to renovate the Horsham home, which fell into disarray after the breakdown of her marriage to Kieran Hayler.

Filming started in the summer, with Katie and her partner Carl Woods being followed with cameras as they gave the house an overhaul.

However, earlier this year, Katie was hit with a repossession order for her £1.35million home after she failed to repay a debt of more than £500,000 on the property.

She faces losing the house if she cannot stump up the cash to pay off her debtors before a repossession hearing.

Earlier this week, The Sun revealed that Katie has swerved her final bankruptcy hearing AGAIN as the court date has been pushed back to February 2022.

The star was due to return to court before the end of the year to update trustees on paying back her debts – but the hearing has now been rescheduled.
