Kym Marsh is all set to leave her role as Michelle Connor in Coronation Street by the end of the year, after her wedding to Robert Preston (Tristan Gemmill) didn't happen – though by her choice.
Michelle and Robert started saying their vows, however he soon realised Michelle was actually reading text messages between him and missing Vicky Jefferies (Kerri Quinn).
Speaking to Daily Star Online and other press at a special Christmas preview event this week, Kym said: "It's brilliant and he deserves it. It was brilliant.
"When I read the script, I was like, 'Whaaat? That's great!' It's the biggest b****y thing she could possibly do, but with a reason obviously.

"The guy's been hiding things not just from her, but from someone else the whole time and she was very hurt by that revelation. And it's not the first time he's lied to her."
Kym also spoke of Robert potentially murdering Vicky too, as Monday's episodes saw him deal with her and promise Michelle that she wouldn't bother them again.
The 43-year-old said: "I don't think initially it's a thing where she thinks, 'Yes, he's definitely done this,' but as time goes on she's a bit like, 'Well he said this and he did this and this is what he said to me.'"
Michelle will exit the soap by the end of the year, however Kym all but promised she would be back in Weatherfield in the future.

She said: "We very much equally saw it as a break. We didn't see it as me saying bye. So I think that discussion was something that Iain and I had.
"I don't want to sit here and go, 'That's me, I'm leaving for good!' I love the character and I love the show and this isn't the end of Michelle – unless they kill me off-screen, in which case it will be – but no. I wouldn't want to shut the door on that character.
"I mean, there are no set plans for me at this time to come back, but it is very much a conversation to be had."
The mum-of-four went on: "In my head it was just a case of I'd like to go and try other stuff because, bearing in mind, I'd been in Hear'Say, did a solo career, went into musical theatre, did about four jobs then came in and did Coronation Street.

"So I'd not experienced an awful lot of stuff outside of the show and I just thought it would be quite nice to tick those boxes and have that bit more of experience, and take that with me.
"There's no real time scale [for her return], it's just a case of when it works for us all. They're not going to want me back next week."
Coronation Street continues Friday at 7.30pm on ITV
