It’s been two days since she was dumped from the Love Island villa alongside her partner Maxwell Samuda.

But after settling in at home with her friends and family, Olivia Hawkins has finally broken her silence as she warned her ITV co-star the “real journey starts now.”

Returning to her home in Brighton, the 27-year-old reality star was lovingly welcomed with a pink and white balloon from her loved ones with the sweet message “So proud of you” written across the front.

She soon returned to Instagram as she shared the touching snap with her new fanbase online, which she captioned: “Home safely! Thank you all for you lovely messages of support whilst I’ve been in the villa, so good to be reunited with friends and family. Much love, Olivia.”

The former ring girl also shared a picture of a cute postcard that she received from the airline crew after their flight from the flight back to the UK.

The handwritten note read: “Hi lovebirds, so lovely to have you on board with us today. We hope that you’ve enjoyed your adventures in South Africa.

“We wish you all the best and love for the future.”

Olivia thanked the team for their message as she shared her excitement to start her relationship with Maxwell in the real world.

She captioned the post: “Thanks to the KML crew for making our journey home so special but the real journey starts now Maxwell.”

After the duo were voted the least compatible couple by the public, Olivia and Maxwell were dumped from the ITV2 show on Wednesday night (March 1).

Since they left the show, Maxwell told viewers in his exit interview: “We’ve talked about our first date. We had a date in the villa, but we’ve been discussing what we might like to do outside and when we can do it.

“We also want to meet each other’s friends and families,” which she finished with a series of heart emojis.

He added: “I am definitely the one that is planning it, I was thinking maybe a nice little sushi spot and some drinks.”
