Married At First Sight UK fans can't get enough of Luke's dog.

Viewers witnessed Luke holding his dog as he returned home to talk to his mum about his marriage to Morag in the finale episode.

Luke can be seen sitting opposite his mum as they discuss his relationship and how home stays went, and Luke could be seen cradling his small dog.

Taking to Twitter, fans called the pooch the "best thing about the whole series."

Luke's dog can be seen with its head lolling back as it took a nap on the reality star during his chat, before sitting up at looking directly at the camera.

"Luke's dog in Married at First Sight is the best thing of the whole series," one person wrote.

Another penned: "Doggo to Luke: stay home with me Luke, don't go back to Morag!!"

A third said: "Can’t cope with Luke’s dog," followed by a laughing emoji.

Another penned: "The relationship we’re all really routing for, I LOVE LUKES DOG!."

A fifth said: "Luke and his dog are my fave pairing this series awhh #MAFSUK"

In the following scenes, Morag was seen with her own dog perched on her arm while chatting to her mum about her feelings for Luke.

This led Twitter to viewers to joke that Luke and Morag's dogs would be "the better couple."

One person said: "Personally I think the judges matched the wrong pair.. These would work so much better."

"What if I never get on the same chapter as him?" Morag asked her mum.

Her mum replied: "I can see you really with him, but I don't think you can see it for yourself just yet."

She added: "He's kind, caring…," leading Morag to exclaim: "Oh mum, what am I going to do?"

Ahead of their vow renewals, Morag was left asking: "Do I need to be cruel to be kind?"

Morag and Luke have had a bumpy ride on the show so far, and Married at First Sight viewers were left fuming during the one instalment after an incredibly awkward home stay meeting between Luke, Morag, her friends and mum.

Luke was repeatedly blindsided and criticised for not being the "right man" for Morag, and as he went off to have a chat with the Essex participant's mum, Morag's friends went hard on claiming the pair weren't right for each other.

The scenes were cringeworthy, and after a stressful night of trying to stick up for their relationship, Luke declared he "was done".

"Morag did not back me or stand up for me at all tonight," a hurt Luke told cameras outside their pub for the evening.
