The Masked Dancer viewers were floored on Thursday night as Beagle's true identity was finally revealed.
Host Joel Dommett was back on presenting duty and welcomed back Beagle, Carwash, Frog, Knickerbocker Glory, Llama, Scarecrow, Squirrel and Zip to the dance floor.
Celebrity detectives Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, Oti Mabuse and Jonathan Ross were joined on the panel by special guest David Walliams.
The famous fivesome tried their best to guess who was strutting their stuff in the wacky costumes, with some hilarious predications.
Frog, Knickerbocker Glory, Squirrel, Scarecrow and Carwash all made it through to Friday's semi-final.
Beagle, Llana and Zip were in the bottom three and only one could make it through to the next round of the competition.
However, it was the end of the road for Beagle who was the first contestant to be given the boot during the double elimination extravaganza.
Beagle received the least amount of votes from the virtual audience and was therefore forced to leave the outrageous competition.
Ice skating legend Christopher Dean eventually took off their mask, leaving the celebrity detectives and fans at home gobsmacked.
Viewers rushed to their keyboards to discuss the first big reveal of the night.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "OK so my jaw hit the floor when beagle was Christopher Dean."
Another added: "Still shocked Christopher Dean was Beagle I had no clue."
A third person posted: "Wow! I did not expect the Beagle to be Christopher Dean at all! You were absolutely amazing Chris."
While a fourth social media user said: "I haven’t been so shocked at Christopher Dean being Beagle, since Seb was murdered in Corrie! Mouth dropped open stuff!."
Fans were stunned on Tuesday night as Rubber Chicken was finally unmasked as iconic Olympic ski-jumper Eddie the Eagle.
When host Joel asked how it had been dancing as Rubber Chicken, Eddie admitted: "It has been the most amazing time, I loved dressing up. Nobody knew who I was and I could just play – I've had so much fun!"
Beagle is the fifth contestant to be unmasked, following Eddie the Eagle as Rubber Chicken, Diversity star Jordan Banjo as Viper, Louise Redknapp as Flamingo, and burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese as Beetroot.
