Sharelle Rosado is the CEO of Allure Realty which will be the focus of Selling Tampa on Netflix. There isn’t too much longer to wait until the Selling Sunset spin-off series premieres on the streaming service. Here’s everything you need to know about how much Sharelle Rosado is worth.
How much is Selling Tampa star Sharelle Rosado worth?
Even before joining Selling Tampa, Sharelle is considered a well-known TV personality.
She is also deemed as one of the wealthiest realtors in the world as she founded Allure Realty, one of the best-known real estate and brokers in America.
Sharelle launched Allure Reality back in 2017 and is a licensed realtor who had been working at Remax Bayside for two months before setting up her company.
She hasn’t always been in the game of selling houses, however, as Sharelle had a very different profession.
The 34-year-old graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a BBA in Human Resources Management and Services in 2015.
But her career really started back in 2007 when she joined the US Army as an Executive Administrative Assistant for six years.
Sharelle then spent another four years in a Human Resources role in the army before leaving it altogether to work as a realtor in 2017.
She has said that her experience in the army has helped her further her career in real estate.
According to Sharelle’s LinkedIn page bio, she says: “Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Sharelle strives for in all aspects of her life.
“Applying these principles to her business has allowed her to be a top-producing real estate agent for the past five years.
“Her background as a Senior Leader in the United States Army has given her real estate business a high level of experience leadership and professionalism.”
With her company now featuring on Selling Tampa, Allure Realty is expected to get even more business than before, just as The Oppenheim Group did following its success with Selling Sunset.

Sharelle’s exact net worth hasn’t officially been revealed but she is one of the richest in her field.
According to Sound Health and Lasting Wealth, Sharelle is worth somewhere between $6-8million.
Seeing as Sharelle is the CEO of Allure Realty, her wealth shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise to fans.
But subscribers will be able to get to know even more about her and the company when Selling Tampa begins.
Selling Tampa is the first Selling Sunset spin-off to be released with another planned for next year.
Much like its predecessor, Selling Tampa will see a team of real estate agents trying to make the wealthy part with their money to purchase luxury homes.
But Selling Tampa will be set in Florida, following Allure Realty which is made up of an all-black, all-female real estate team.
Selling Tampa will premiere on Wednesday, December 15 on Netflix.
