Strictly Come Dancing Sunday results show saw Ugo Monye and Oti Mabuse kicked from the show after competing in the dance-off. Meanwhile, Tilly Ramsey and partner Nikita were the first couple to be saved from the dance-off. Whilst speaking to Claudia Winkleman after the announcement, Nikita was teased by Claudia over being fussy when it came to eating Tilly’s mum, Tana Ramsay’s food.

Still beaming after being safe for another week, Claudia asked: “Tilly, your highest score, you were in shock on Saturday how are you feeling now?”

She replied: “I’m honestly still in shock, I can’t really believe it, I really enjoyed the performance I felt like I was listening to the music and having a really nice time.”

Claudia continued: “Lots of the celebrities loath Monday’s, you, however, relish it like what’s next!”

“I just love it,” Tilly exclaimed. “It’s so exciting you kind of forget about what you’ve done before, and you throw yourself into another challenge, I think it’s great.”

Claudia then moved to Nikita and said: “I love your positivity, Nikita Tilly’s mum very kindly is making you packed lunches and do you become quite a fussy eater, I believe, what do you not like?”

He laughed and said: “First of all, we are so thankful for your mum, she packs us such good lunches every day….”

But Claudia interrupted before he could finish: “That’s all well and good, what will you not eat?”

“Small and round things like beans, peas, lentils, sweetcorn,” he said, beginning to list things off with Tilly mocking him.

Claudia teased: “Alright, well next week I’ll bring you some plain toast we’ll see you next week, thank you very much.”

This week, Ugo Monye and Rhys Stephenson were the contestants to face the dance-off after being voted into the bottom two by the public votes.

Rhys and partner Nancy Xu danced the American Smooth to Michael Bublé’s I’ve Got The World On A String.

Ugo and partner Oti Mabuse danced the Rumba to Leave The Door Open by Bruno Mars, Anderson. Paak, and Silk Sonic.

They joined Tess Daly to speak about how they were feeling to be in the dance-off, and Rhys said: “I feel like I kind of deserve it a bit.

“But I’m going to make up for it, and that’s all we can do, think about what happened and try and fix it, that’s it.”

Unfortunately, Ugo’s Strictly Come Dancing journey came to an end after being voted out unanimously by all four judges.

Reminiscing about his time on the show, Ugo said: “I’ve loved it. It’s an absolute privilege to be on this show, and all I’ve wanted to do every week is just get a little bit better, and I’ve done that.

“There are lots of people that I would love to say thank you to. Oti, firstly, just for putting up with me. She said she wanted a challenge, and she got one!

“To everyone else that’s in the competition, it’s truly incredible, and I wish you all the very best of luck.

“To the judges – Craig – I think it’s really important to say that if you’re willing to accept the positive comments, you have to accept the criticism as well, so thank you for all of your comments.”

Ugo and Oti had to sit out on last week’s show due to an injury Ugo sustained in his back, leaving him unable to dance.

The remaining ten couples will take to the dancefloor next when Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday 30th October at 7:10pm for Halloween week, with the results show on Sunday 31st October at 7:15pm on BBC One.
